Carna Coast and Communities is celebrating its launch with a week of community activities around Loch Sunart from 6th–12th June, offering opportunities to learn new skills, explore the local environment and get involved in conservation projects.
The programme includes scuba diving experiences, snorkel taster sessions, a rainforest walk, art in nature, a shoreline survey and a family beach clean, with activities taking place across the week.
Organisers are particularly keen to welcome more participants to the Shoreline Survey with CAOLAS on Thursday 11th June and the Family Beach Clean on Friday 12th June.
Most activities are free to attend, although places are limited and advance booking is essential.
