A morning spent foraging along the Morvern coastline and woodland paths, followed by a lunch at The Whitehouse Restaurant built around the flavours growing wild around us right now.
Clare Holohan of West Highland Herbal will guide the foraging walk, before you return to a seasonal three-course menu featuring wild herbs, seaweed, samphire, wild garlic and gorse flower.

The menu:

- Wild herb & homemade ricotta ravioli, wild garlic velouté
- Seaweed wrapped cod with warm potato salad, ground elder & samphire
- Gorse flower and pear soufflé with vanilla ice cream

A lovely way to spend a Saturday in Lochaber, and there are still a few spaces left for this weekend.
