A female-founded whisky distillery on Scotland’s wild west coast, creating experimental spirits and pioneering sustainable production.
Since 2017, we’ve been making organic single malt in this beautiful and remote corner of the Highlands, with a focus on flavour creation and experimentation, while striving to minimize our impact on the planet. For those that venture here, we offer a warm welcome all year round.
Our distillery tours run twice a day, starting at 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Hosted by one of our distillers, our tours last around two hours and offer a unique insight into our whiskymaking process - from firing up our biomass boiler through to mashing, distillation and cask selection, before finishing up in our bar for a tasting of our range of single malts. We also offer private tours for those who want to delve deeper, including a visit to our maturation warehouses and bottling hall, before sampling our rare single cask expressions. All visits must be booked in advance.
Our location on the Drimnin Estate is home to an abundance of wildlife, as well as some of the UK’s last remaining temperate rainforest, offering excellent walking and wildlife spotting opportunities.
