Borradill Cottage is a romantic bolt-hole that sleeps 4. To the west lies a small birch glade, the herons’ favourite pond and a fire pit with views of the loch and nothing else in sight. Inside, the timber panelling, log fire and cosy bedrooms make this the perfect wilderness retreat.
Tucked away in the woodland at Glenborrodale on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, Borradill Cottage is a peaceful retreat designed for slowing down, switching off and reconnecting with nature. Sleeping up to four guests, this romantic wilderness escape sits within 25 acres of private woodland, with loch views, hidden trails and wildlife right on the doorstep.
Inside, the cottage combines warm timber interiors with thoughtful modern comforts. A wood burning stove, cosy bedrooms and vaulted wood-panelled ceilings create an inviting space to return to after days spent exploring the West Highland Peninsulas. Large windows frame the surrounding landscape, while the cottage’s small decking area and private fire pit offer the perfect place to watch the light change across the loch.
Despite its remote setting, Borradill benefits from high-speed broadband and mobile signal for most UK networks, making it ideal for both digital detoxes and longer stays.
